As the business continues to grow, we are looking for a reliable and structured Administrative & Operations Assistant to support our day to day operations.

The role

We are seeking a Part Time Remote Administrative & Operations Assistant to support internal administrative and operational tasks. You will work directly with the founder and play an important role in keeping systems, communication, and information well organized.

This role is operational in nature and suited to someone who enjoys structure, accuracy, and working independently in a remote environment. It is not a sales role.

Key responsibilities

  • Managing and organizing emails, documents, and internal information

  • Supporting general administrative and operational tasks

  • Working with HubSpot to support CRM related activities and internal processes

  • Assisting with basic updates and content related tasks in Squarespace

  • Coordinating internal information and supporting supplier related administration

  • Keeping records accurate, structured, and up to date

  • Supporting day to day business administration as needed

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative, operational, or support role

  • Strong written and spoken communication skills in English and Spanish

  • High level of organization and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a remote setup

  • Comfortable working with digital tools, including HubSpot and Squarespace, for day to day administrative and content related tasks

Nice to have, but not required:

  • Knowledge of Italian or French

  • Experience in travel, hospitality, or luxury services

  • Familiarity with remote or freelance work environments
