Before you book
Do you plan for solo travellers, families and groups?
All three. Each itinerary is shaped around who is actually going — a solo escape, a family trip with children, or a multi-generational celebration.
How far ahead should I book?
Ideally three to six months ahead, especially in peak season. For last-minute plans, get in touch anyway — we will do what we can.
Pricing and booking
How much does a trip cost?
It depends on where you go and how you travel. Every trip is priced individually: after discussing your plans, we prepare a tailored proposal with a quoted trip price and a clear outline of what is included.
What is typically included?
Your proposal sets out exactly what is included. Usually that is the hotels chosen for you, private transfers, guides and experiences, and one point of contact from the first conversation until you are home.
Does a proposal commit me to anything?
No. A proposal commits you to nothing: we confirm your arrangements only once you have approved it and completed the agreed booking requirements. Before you pay, you have the quoted trip price, what it includes, the payment schedule and the suppliers’ conditions in writing.
Trust and protection
Are my payments protected?
Yes, when your trip is a package: two or more kinds of travel service combined for one trip. Your payments are covered against our insolvency by a guarantee with AXA, which would refund what you had paid for services not yet provided and, where your trip includes transport, bring you home. What if something goes wrong during the trip?
If a transfer is delayed, a booking changes or something else goes wrong, we coordinate with the partners involved and take you through the options. You have one point of contact from the first conversation until you are home.
