We start with where to go and in what order, the question that shapes everything else, then choose the hotels, and only then fill the days. Ramin Jafari plans every trip from Málaga, where Avelia is based, and is your contact until you are home.

Your proposal sets out the arrangements included in your trip.
- Hotels matched to you — a palace in an old town, an estate among the vineyards, a house above the sea; see our luxury hotels in Spain. A private villa on request, subject to availability.
- Private transport — transfers from the plane to your door, a driver for a day or the whole trip, and the train where it is quicker; a private flight or a yacht on request, subject to availability.
- Private guides — for the monuments, the museums and the towns between, and visits beyond the public one where a place offers them.
- Food and wine — the tables we would choose ourselves, from Michelin-starred restaurants to the bars where the city eats, and tastings with the winemaker.
- Time to rest — hotels with a spa worth the stay, and treatments booked before you arrive.
- Special occasions — honeymoons, anniversaries, birthdays and family trips, shaped by who is travelling.

What does it cost to have a tailor-made trip designed by Avelia Travel?
Every trip is priced individually. After discussing your plans, we prepare a tailored proposal with a quoted trip price and a clear outline of what is included.
Do you only plan full itineraries, or can you help with just a hotel?
Both. We plan complete trips, and we also arrange a stay on its own: a hotel matched to you, with transfers, a guide or a few reservations added if you wish.
Is Avelia right for me?
