Where you stay in Seville is part of the experience, not just a base. We
match you with a hotel that fits how you like to travel — a tucked-away
boutique hotel, a modern room high above the city, or a historic landmark.
Distances are in a straight line to the Cathedral.
El Arenal
El Arenal was Seville’s river port, between the Cathedral and the Guadalquivir, and keeps the Maestranza bullring and its theatre. Its streets are lively, with historic taverns and tapas bars, and many of its nightlife venues close late: worth knowing if you want quiet nights.
An intimate five-star boutique hotel in a late 19th-century mansion in El Arenal, with a rooftop terrace and pool for guests.
Suits Couples and travellers who prefer a boutique scale and a residential feel to a grand hotel, with the historic centre on foot.

Santa Cruz and the old Jewish quarter
Santa Cruz grew out of the medieval Jewish quarter, which also took in today’s San Bartolomé, and holds the Cathedral, the Giralda and the Real Alcázar. It is the most visited part of the old town: right for a first visit built around the monuments, and busy by day.
Landmark grandeur: Seville's famous 1929 grand hotel, with a colonnaded courtyard restaurant and an outdoor pool.
Suits Families, and travellers who want a grand hotel: suites that take up to four guests, connecting rooms subject to availability, and an outdoor pool.
A four-star heritage hotel spread across 27 connected houses and more than 40 patios in the old Jewish quarter.
Suits Couples, and families with one child under 12, drawn to traditional Sevillian houses and patios, with a Giralda view from the summer rooftop pool.

Santa Catalina
Santa Catalina is the smallest neighbourhood of the old town, on its eastern edge by the churches of Santa Catalina and Santiago. It borders the lively Alfalfa, and suits travellers who want the old town without staying among the monuments.
A smaller 18th-century palace of 48 rooms around an arcaded courtyard, with a rooftop terrace and small pool.
Suits Couples who want an 18th-century palace at a small scale, with a spa and a small pool on the roof terrace.

La Cartuja
La Cartuja is an island across the Guadalquivir from the old town, where a 15th-century Carthusian monastery is now the Andalusian centre of contemporary art. For travellers who prefer modern buildings, open space and riverside walks, with the monuments a river away.
The top nineteen floors of Torre Sevilla, Andalusia's tallest building: 244 exterior rooms, with a restaurant, a spa and a rooftop terrace stacked above them.
Suits Travellers who want the view and the space rather than the old quarter on the doorstep — the Triana bridge is a walk downriver, and the Cathedral is across the water.

Another area to consider
Triana
Triana, across the bridge from the old town, has long been home to potters and flamenco artists, with its market, ceramic workshops and the riverside bars of Calle Betis. None of our featured hotels is in old Triana; tell us if you would like to stay there.

Most of Seville’s landmarks lie in the historic centre on the east bank of the Guadalquivir, with Triana across the river and La Cartuja to the north-west. The map shows our featured hotels and the Cathedral.

03Arranging a stay
How we arrange a stay in Seville
A selection of hotels we recommend in Seville, all four- or five-star. We can also arrange other properties to suit your preferences and travel plans, including a private villa-style stay.
After discussing your plans, we prepare a tailored proposal with a quoted trip price and clear inclusions. Once you approve it and complete the agreed booking requirements, we confirm your arrangements, coordinate the details and support you while you travel.
Peace of mind
Clear before you commit. A written proposal with a quoted trip price and clear inclusions, before any payment.
Financially protected. When your stay is part of a package trip, your payments are covered against our insolvency by a guarantee with AXA. A hotel booked on its own is not a package.
One point of contact. From the first conversation to the last day, with support while you travel.
