The table: Le Cinq's modern French cooking, L'Orangerie under glass in the courtyard and Le George's Italian, all under one roof in the Golden Triangle, with an indoor pool in the spa for the hours in between.
Who it suits
Food lovers and couples, and families: the Premier rooms take two adults and a child, and several signature suites open into two bedrooms for two adults and two children.
What to consider
It is a big hotel, with 244 rooms and suites on Atout France's register, and its bar draws Parisians as well as guests: this is not the hush of a small house.
02The hotel
The hotel and its rooms
The George V is an Art Deco building on the avenue that shares its name,
between the Champs-Élysées and the Seine. Atout France
classifies it 5 étoiles and lists it among the hotels with the Palace
distinction: one of 13 in Paris, and 33 in all of France, to hold it in
2026.
Rooms and suites
The rooms run from the Superior (37–40 m²) and Deluxe (38–50 m²)
rooms to the Premier rooms, 50–60 m², which take two adults and a
child. The suites begin with the Executive and Deluxe suites and
rise through the Duplex Suite City View, on two floors, to the
Premier and Grand Premier suites of 110 m² and more.
The signature suites are where the terraces are. The Eiffel Tower
Suite, 140 m² on the seventh floor, opens onto a terrace with views of
the tower and the Invalides, and The Penthouse, on the eighth, looks
over the whole city from its own. The Parisian, Eiffel Tower,
Presidential and Royal suites can be taken with a second bedroom,
for two adults and two children.
If an outlook, a bed configuration or connecting rooms matter to you, tell
us when you enquire and we will confirm them with the hotel for your dates
before anything is booked.
On the practical side: the hotel meets guests at the airport, runs
chauffeured cars and parks yours at the door; in-room dining is served
round the clock; there is access and equipment for guests with physical
disabilities; and small pets up to 11 kg are welcome. We arrange the
transfer from Charles de Gaulle, Orly or the Gare du Nord.

Eating and drinking
Le Cinq is Christian Le Squer’s: modern French cooking drawn from his
Breton roots, in a room of tall columns and mouldings lit from the garden
within. L’Orangerie sits in a glazed extension in the marble
courtyard, its menu following the seasons under chef Bertrand Noeureuil.
Le George is the hotel’s Italian table: Simone Zanoni’s Mediterranean
cooking beneath a Baccarat chandelier. La Galerie serves through the day, with afternoon
tea by the pastry chef Michael Bartocetti, and Le Bar pours cocktails
and rare spirits, with the hotel’s own cellar behind them all. We reserve
the tables.
