Grand Hotel Son Net is a manor house of the 17th century at Puigpunyent, in the foothills of the Tramuntana, about twenty minutes from Palma. The estate has its own vineyard.
The spa runs to over a thousand square metres, with a thermal circuit, five treatment rooms and a heated indoor sea-salt pool; the outdoor pool sits below the house among the terraces.

Thirty-one rooms and suites in the manor house and around it, furnished with the estate’s own antiques rather than to a scheme — painted cornices, carved bedheads and old carpets, no two quite alike.

Puigpunyent is a village on the inland side of the Tramuntana, reached by a narrow road up from the plain. The estate sits above it among olive terraces and its own vines, with the mountains closing the view on three sides.
