Rooms and suites
There are twenty room types. The Deluxe rooms, at 25 m², look onto
the quiet private patio and have a bath with a rain shower; the
Premier (28 m²) and Supreme (32 m²) rooms look over the city.
Families have the Family Supreme rooms, 38 m², with a small lounge and
a sofa bed for children, and connecting rooms from 50 to 80 m².
RedLevel is the hotel’s upper tier: Supreme rooms and Junior Suites of
40 m², a Junior Suite with a terrace (54 m²), and suites up to the
Royal Suite, 203 m², whose terrace looks over the opera house and the
Madrid de los Austrias. The two- and three-bedroom suites join a suite to
Premier rooms, for a family. RedLevel guests have their own reception and
a lounge with breakfast, an open bar at set hours, a library and an
outdoor terrace, with butler and luggage service, turndown each evening,
and check-out as late as 2 pm, subject to availability.
If a particular outlook, bed configuration or connecting rooms matter to
you, tell us when you enquire and we will confirm them with the hotel for
your dates before anything is booked.
On the practical side: there is valet parking, for a fee, and an
electric-car charging point; room service runs around the clock; the
hotel lists accessible and adapted rooms; dogs are welcome with the
hotel’s pet-friendly service; and its complimentary Luxury Van takes
guests around the city centre, on the hotel’s conditions. From Barajas
airport we arrange a private transfer.
